I’ve been guiding buyers and sellers throughout Santa Cruz County since 2002 — from the North Coast to Watsonville, and from the westside to the redwoods. I’m known for thoughtful negotiation, attention to detail, and clear, steady communication.

Deeply rooted in the community, I’ve built long-term relationships through family, local involvement, and decades of helping friends and neighbors navigate real estate transitions. Most of my clients come through referrals, and many become lifelong friends.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me walking West Cliff Drive with my dog, volunteering in the community, hiking the Pogonip redwoods, practicing Pilates, or spending time with friends and family. My adult kids are a big part of my life and keep things real. Fridays feeding the ducks with my dad are a favorite tradition and one of the simple joys I always make time for.
